Payments are only for CURRENT AND APPROVED office tenants.

New tenants must first submit an Application, pay the Application Fee, then wait for approval of a lease agreement.

There is a $39 non-refundable Application Fee to cover the cost of a criminal background check.
Upon approval, the lease agreement and link for initial payment will be sent to the new tenant!
